Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These terms cover your use of AiR Homeschool. By creating an account, you agree to them.

The service

AiR Homeschool is an educational tool that provides AI-assisted tutoring, standards tracking, and portfolio management to support home education. AiR is meant to work alongside your own curriculum, not to replace your judgment as the teacher.

Your account

You must be an adult (a parent, guardian, or authorized educator) to create an account. You are responsible for your account, for the profiles you create, and for supervising the children who use them.

Acceptable use

Use AiR for lawful, personal home-education purposes. Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, or misuse the service, and do not use it to generate harmful or inappropriate content.

AI can make mistakes

AiR’s responses are generated by AI and can be incomplete or incorrect. AiR is a learning aid, not an authority — please use your judgment as the teacher and verify anything important. AiR is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Free-trial terms are described at sign-up.

Disclaimers and liability

AiR is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, AiR Homeschool is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves; we’ll post the updated version here. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
