Children's Privacy

Last updated: July 2026

AiR is built for families. Children use it only through a profile a parent creates and controls — and parents can see, export, or delete their child's data at any time.

Parent-created profiles

A child under 13 never signs up on their own. A parent or guardian creates the account, sets up each child’s profile, and decides what information to enter (typically just a first name, grade, and age). Creating your child’s profile is how you provide consent for AiR to give lessons to that child.

Parents see everything

Parent visibility is core to how AiR works. You can see every message your child exchanges with AiR, review their lessons and portfolio, and stay in control of the experience. AiR never activates on its own or contacts your child outside a session you can see.

We collect the minimum

We only collect what’s needed to run lessons and keep your portfolio — the profile details you enter and your child’s learning activity. We do not sell children’s data, we do not show children ads, and we do not use your child’s conversations to train AI models.

Your rights as a parent

  • Review the information associated with your child’s profile.
  • Export your child’s portfolio at any time.
  • Ask us to delete your child’s profile and data.
